Rippon Lea Mansion and Pleasure Grounds

A 33-room mansion set in 5.2 hectares of grounds. This is a popular location for weddings and bridal photography due to its many picturesque aspects.

The garden was created in 1868. Features of the garden include the grand fernery, orchard, and a lake with islands, bridges and waterfall.

Rippon Lea mansion
Rippon Lea was named in honour of the creator's mother Emma nee Rippon, daughter of Thomas Rippon, Chief Cashier of the Bank of England.
